Economic Development Winnipeg reports increase in events, revenue for 2017
Winnipeg's economy was booming in 2017, thanks to sports, cultural events, and more meetings and conferences than in previous years, according to Economic Development Winnipeg.
The business-boosting group, which includes Tourism Winnipeg and YES! Winnipeg, held its annual general meeting Friday and presented its annual report.
